Come join the fun with the Pittsburg Community Bands. The concert band meets on Monday nights and the Jazz band meets on Tuesday nights 7-9pm. We are currently meeting at 740 Cumberland St. in Pittsburg, CA.

our History
The Pittsburg Community band has been around for over 100 years. The band died out for a number of years but was brought back in the early 2000’s through Pittsburg Adult Education. After a few years the community jazz band was started.
Both bands play at various events in and around Pittsburg. We play for tree lighting events, the Carmichael Community Band Festival, the Golden Gate Park Band Festival, at various senior living areas, Ambrose Christmas toy giveaway, and many other places.
